Smartphone manufacturers are racing to offer the fastest charging methods alongside new handsets, and Oppo is reportedly working on a 300W SuperVooc fast charging system. If launched, this fast charger will be comparable to Redmi’s 300W Immortal Second Charger, currently the fastest smartphone charger in the market.
According to Digital Chat Station, a reliable tipster who shared the news on Weibo, Oppo’s 300W SuperVooc fast charging system will be paired with a 4,450mAh battery, and its release date is expected to be this year. This highly anticipated fast charging system will offer users a more efficient and faster charging experience.
Infinix, another smartphone brand, recently launched a 260W All-Round FastCharge charging system and a 110W Wireless All-Round FastCharge solution, making it the second-fastest in the market. The Infinix GT 10 Pro, which is expected to launch soon, will come with a 260W charging system and a 5,000mAh battery.
Redmi’s 300W Immortal Second Charger can completely charge a smartphone in five minutes, and its charging technique is a modification of one found on a Redmi Note 12 Pro+ model. Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition, which is only available in China, can be fully charged in around 10 minutes and has 210W charging.
Fast charging technology is becoming increasingly important to smartphone users, and the competition among smartphone manufacturers to offer the best charging technology benefits consumers. Oppo’s 300W SuperVooc fast charging system is highly anticipated by tech enthusiasts, and its release will undoubtedly raise the bar for smartphone charging technology.
