Instagram is rolling out some exciting new features that are sure to make your social media experience even better. The popular photo-sharing app is testing a new feature called Candid Stories, which allows users to capture and share anything they are doing in a Story. This feature is similar to the popular BeReal app, and Instagram is also testing it on Facebook Stories.
In addition to Candid Stories, Instagram is adding a new group profiles feature. This will allow users to create and join dedicated, shared profiles with their friends. To create a group profile, simply tap on the “+” icon and select Group Profiles. Posts shared on a group profile will only be visible to other members of the group, and will be posted on the group profile instead of the user’s own profile.

Another exciting new feature that Instagram is introducing is called Notes. Notes are short posts of up to 60 characters that can include text and emojis. To leave a note, go to the top of your inbox and select the followers you follow back or people on your Close Friends list. Your note will appear at the top of your inbox for 24 hours, and any replies will be sent as DMs in your inbox.
These new features are sure to enhance the way you connect and express yourself on Instagram. The Candid Stories feature will encourage more realistic sharing, and the group profiles and Notes features will make it easier to connect and communicate with friends.
