Mahindra Thar’s Milestone of 1 Lakh Units in India within Just 2.5 Years – Launching very soon in Nepal

Mahindra Thar, the popular lifestyle vehicle from the Indian UV maker, has achieved a new production milestone of 1 lakh units in just 2.5 years. The 1,00,000th model was recently painted in the new Everest White shade, marking a significant achievement for the brand.

Considering that Mahindra Thar is a lifestyle vehicle, achieving a production milestone of 1 lakh units is a huge feat. The brand has tapped a wide variety of audiences and made the Thar a desirable product in the market.

The biggest USP of the Mahindra Thar is its unique styling and road presence. While the vehicle resembles the Jeep Wrangler, it has its own vibe to it. The brand has recently introduced 4×2 variants at a much lower price point, making it more accessible to a wider audience.

However, some variants of the Mahindra Thar have a waiting period of over a year. If the capacity was more and the supply chain in place, the number of units produced would have been much higher.

In the near future, Maruti Suzuki will be entering the mass market lifestyle segment with the Jimny. Although the Jimny belongs to a relatively different segment, it is expected to catch a lot of attention in the market and may put a small dent in Thar’s sales.

Despite the upcoming competition, the Mahindra Thar has become a desirable product in the market due to its unique styling and road presence. With the recent introduction of 4×2 variants at a lower price point, the Thar is now more accessible to a wider audience, making it a popular choice among buyers.

We have been waiting for the Thar in Nepal for a really long period of time. The wait is about to come to an end because Mahindra Thar is launching very soon in Nepal. However, We are not sure about the exact dates for the launch.
