Revamped Moto Razr 2023 with 3.5-inch Larger Display to Launch Soon in Multiple Regions

Motorola fans can now look forward to the release of the much-awaited Moto Razr 2023, which promises to be “much better” than its predecessor. The Lenovo CEO, Yuanqing Yang, assured fans during the MWC 2023 that the next Moto Razr would launch soon, and that it would be significantly improved.

While official details about the new foldable phone remain scarce, unofficial reports and speculations have been rife in recent months. The latest news is that the Moto Razr 2023 will come with a bigger external display, according to a reliable tipster. The tipster has claimed that the phone will launch with a 3.5-inch external display, which is larger than the 2.7-inch outer screen of the Moto Razr 2022. It is also bigger than the outer screen of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 smartphone.

Motorola has now officially released a teaser of the Moto Razr 2023, giving fans a glimpse of its design. Chen Jin, General Manager of Lenovo China’s mobile division, shared the teaser through a Weibo post, announcing that the phone will come with a higher refresh rate on the external display panel.

It remains unclear whether both the internal and external screens will feature a higher refresh rate or just the external one. Some reports suggest that the upcoming Razr 2023 clamshell foldable may launch under the Razr+ moniker, while others suggest that it may launch under the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra name in Canada and select regions.

Interestingly, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra was recently spotted on the BIS certification website. Another phone with a BIS certification featured the model number XT2303-2 and is expected to be the Motorola Edge 40.

With these latest developments, Moto Razr fans can expect an improved user experience, a bigger external display, and a higher refresh rate when the Moto Razr 2023 is released in the near future.
