Xiaomi, the Chinese phone manufacturer, has announced the launch of its most powerful smartphone in the Note 12 lineup, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo. The smartphone is set to make its debut in China on March 28th, and ahead of the launch event, Xiaomi has shared some of the smartphone’s key specifications.
The Redmi Note 12 Turbo is confirmed to feature a 6.67-inch 12-bit OLED display with 1920Hz pulse width modulation (PWM) dimming and HDR10+ support. It will have a flat display and a center-aligned hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC and will feature up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of inbuilt storage.
Moreover, the smartphone will have a triple rear camera setup, including a 6-megapixel primary camera. It will also have NFC support that will work with campus and transportation cards for ten colleges and universities across China. The Redmi Note 12 Turbo will pack a 5,000mAh battery that offers “1.33 days” of battery life. The phone will have a thickness of 7.9mm and will weigh 181g.
