Xiaomi Launches New Tablets with High Refresh Rates and Impressive Specs.
Xiaomi has just released its latest tablets, the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro, with variable refresh rates of up to 144Hz, making them perfect for gaming and multimedia use. Both tablets are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs and run on Android 13-based MIUI 14.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro come with quad-speaker units and IPS displays with Dolby Atmos support, providing an immersive audio and visual experience for users. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro features an 11-inch 2.8K LCD display, while the Xiaomi Pad 6 uses the same display as the Pro model.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 starts at CNY 1,899 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model, while the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro starts at CNY 2,399 for the 8GB + 128GB variant. Both tablets have up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS3 storage.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro features a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Pad 6 has a 13-megapixel rear sensor and an 8-megapixel front sensor. Both tablets come in Black, Gold, and Far Mountain Blue color variants.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro boasts 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and a USB Type-C port for connectivity. It also houses an 8,600mAh battery with 67W fast charging support, while the Xiaomi Pad 6 has an 8,840mAh battery with 33W charging support. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro measures 253.95×165.18×6.51mm and weighs 490 grams, while the Xiaomi Pad 6 has the same measurements and weight.
Both tablets are currently available for purchase via Xiaomi’s online store in China, and it is expected that they will soon be available in other markets as well.
